FELDENKRAIS FLOOR LESSONS

 

 

The Feldenkrais Method™ is proven to reduce stress levels and reduce muscular tension which in turn increases the body’s immune response. These very simple movements done slowly and attentively relieve aches and pains, increases your natural vitality as you discover a dynamic posture and move with more ease and comfort. These lessons lasting 40-60 minutes require enough space on the floor for you to lie down. Wear comfortable clothing.

CHAIR FELDENKRAIS

The Feldenkrais Method™ is proven to reduce stress levels and reduce muscular tension which in turn increases the body’s immune response. These very simple movements done slowly and attentively relieve aches and pains, increase your natural vitality as you discover a dynamic posture and move with more ease and comfort. These movements done while seated are particularly good for those who are not yet comfortable with getting on the floor, but anyone would benefit from them. These lessons last 30-40 minutes.
